Clemson Summer Scholars is an immersive program designed for middle and high school students to experience college life while engaging in hands-on courses in their chosen field, taught by Clemson University instructors. This in-person program not only focuses on academic learning but also helps participants develop self-regulation and other skills essential for a successful transition to college. The program schedule includes daytime classes and afternoons filled with opportunities to explore the campus, participate in campus tours, and meet representatives from the admissions office or the honors college. Evenings are dedicated to recreational activities enjoyed by Clemson students, such as planetarium shows and counselor-led events, culminating in an end-of-camp celebration.
