The Development School for Youth (DSY), offered by the All Stars Project Inc., is a unique program designed to connect inner-city teenagers, aged 16 to 21, to the professional business world. The primary objective of this program is to teach these young individuals to perform as professionals. The program achieves this through a series of high-level workshops and trainings where participants learn critical professional skills such as resume writing, networking, public speaking, and dressing professionally. These workshops and training sessions are conducted by business leaders from top companies across the country. DSY is a flexible program, offered both physically in several cities, including New York, NJ, Dallas, and San Francisco, and virtually, allowing participants from across the country to join. The program culminates in paid summer internships at various partnering companies, where students continue to develop their leadership and professional skills in a real-world setting. Participants gain essential professional skills, experience in business settings, and the opportunity to network with industry professionals.
