The East Harlem Keystone Club, a part of the Boys & Girls Club of America, is an after-school leadership development program offered by Children's Aid NYC. This program is designed for young individuals aged 14-18; it provides them the opportunity to exercise their inherent strengths and achieve their full potential. Under the guidance of an adult supervisor, participants carry out a series of activities focused on three key areas: academic success, career preparation, and community service. The program's main objectives include fostering academic achievement, facilitating career readiness, and promoting active involvement in community service.
