The Lazarus Energy Empowerment Program (LEEP), offered by Lazarus Energy Holdings, is a year-long internship designed to prepare high school students for the workforce. It aims to provide a transformational experience for interns, enhancing their self-perception and broadening their understanding of potential future career opportunities. The main objective of this program is to sharpen students' skills in various areas, such as personal mindset, social awareness, problem solving, teamwork, planning, and communication. LEEP offers exposure to the vast array of jobs within the energy industry, with access to professionals across different sectors. Alongside this, the program promotes college awareness through visits, admission guidance, and financial aid strategies. The curriculum also includes comprehensive training in job skills, goal-setting, potential career pathways, and entrepreneurship. The program is delivered in partnership with several community partners, offering a unique internship experience. As a year-long internship, LEEP runs for an extended period. Participation in LEEP requires students to be in high school.
